I'm fairly new to single chip collecting so these are newbie questions.

At first I thought this Paulson roulette chip was a generic/home game chip.
But it has "RI" below the table number, and came with the other pictured chip which is from Resorts International AC. Can anyone confirm if the roulette is from that casino too? I don't see it in the Chipguide.

The blue 50c chip is my first chip that has an overstamp cancellation.
Are cancelled/overstamped chips included in the chip guides, or are they worthless/not collectable?
I've got a few guides here but not the AC one.
