I leave some space for later additions. It doesn't work forever, but reduces the need to add pages and redistribute the chips. Here's an example for Sahara roulettes; I need a brown Table A, and have one space left .

It's really not that hard to move a chip though. Push it out with your finger using the thumb-notch, grab it with two fingers and pull it out.
