I recently found a variety of the La Vegas Sands brass $5 token with USM mintmark. It's not dated but appears to be from 1989, O'Neal Catalog 0398. I now have both medal and coin alignment tokens like this, but none of the references I've looked at have any indication of the two varieties. Usually when this happens, there is a second catalog number assigned.

I've looked at Janice's catalog, Vince's catalog, Dan's web site, and the Chip Guide.

I am not sure who if anyone is keeping a current catalog of tokens, but this should be added.
