I agree 100 percent. As a seller, I always leave feedback immediately once payment is received. Some sellers refuse to leave feedback until the buyer does first, which I think is ridiculous. I've stopped leaving feedback for these sellers.

Once the buyer pays, he has lived up to his end of the deal.
