DEAR CALE, IN NEVADA UNDER GAMING LAWS .... ANYONE TAKING MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM OUT OF A SLOT MACHINE, EITHER COINS OR CREDITS CAN BE CHARGED WITH A FELONY OFFENSE. IT MAY BE 38 CENTS OR $3,000 DOLLARS IS DOES NOT MATTER. HERE IN LAS VEGAS MOSTLY STREET PEOPLE MAKE A LIVING TRAVELING THROUGHT THE STRIP & DOWNTOWN CASINOS LOOKING FOR MACHINES THAT HAVE CREDITS LEFT BY PLAYERS OR MONEY ON THE FLOOR ETC. THE NEVADA GAMING CONTROL BOARD HAD THE LAW UPGRADED TO A FELONY TO DISCOURAGE THESE GRIFTERS / DRIFTERS / ETC. YOU COULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED, ARRESTED ETC. IF YOU WERE NOT COOPERATIVE WITH CASINO MGMT. & SECURITY PERSONELL. I DO NOT KNOW OTHER STATE LAWS REGARDING THIS MATTER, BUT NEVADA IS DEAD SERIOUS ABOUT OFFENDERS. GOOD LUCK AND BEHAVE!
