Prior to 1965, US dimes, quarters, and half dollars were 90% silver. In 1965, our dimes and quarters were changed to NO SILVER, just copper sandwiched between layers of copper-nickel. The halves, however continued to be made of 40% SILVER until 1970, after which, they too became copper/copper-nickel. These halves are from 1965-1970 period and are made of 40% silver. I'll sell you a roll of twenty halves at the present melt value of silver. See: http://www.coinflation.com/coins/1965-1970-Silver-Kennedy-Half-Dollar-Value.html At the present time, that is $3.53 each, so a roll of 20 is $70.60. Postage will be $5, so let's round the cost off to $75 per roll. I have 6 rolls to sell, if you want all of them, we can adjust the postage.
Email if you're interested in these. Thanks, Dave
