I don't know when The Bolo, Mullan (a mining town with a 3000 population then), Idaho, opened and closed, but the USPC Co records show that they ordered the crest and seal chips in October 1929, and the newspaper archives (thanks, R Hanover) show that the owner and/or manager of The Bolo was convicted in December 1929 on Federal gambling charges along with 23 other Idahoans. He might have been in jail when the chips arrived.
Follow the links above and you will read how the town's mayor, sheriff and council members were paid off by the illegal business, including The Bolo, and that they were all convicted! You'll read how the Bolo had in it's front room a cigar store, then as you walked through you'd come to the card room (slot machines, pan, table games, poker...), and then if you kept walking and went down some steps you'd be in the bar.
