Table 1: Orange, green
Table 2: Blue, purple, green
Table 4: Green
Table 5: Green
Table 6: Orange, green
Table 10: Green
Table 12: Blue
Table 13: White
I organize my collection by table number rather than by color because that's the way TCR lists them. Also, I don't particularly try for all the overstamped chips although I have quite a few.
Here is one page that shows a few of the tables on the list. I can send you all the tables if you need them; or post them here if anyone else does.
I agree that there was probably only one "white" color originally. Darker shades are due to changes with use and time.
I don't particularly look for unused chips, but will obviously prefer an UNC one to a WORN one given the choice.
JamesC helped me with quite a few I didn't have a few years ago. He didn't know which ones were scarcer either when we talked about them.
