The gray/blue gray (your chips), salmon/lavender, blue/nAvy, lt green/teal were probably all supposed to e one or the other color. One color is a reorder of the other.

In your case I would say the blue gray is a reorder of the gray. I guess Burt wasn't very scientific in matching colors.
