I was told LONG ago that they were from the Southern Club in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I think I was told it was for the address, but the address doesn't have a 415 in it. The address for the Southern Club was 248-252 Central Ave. I'll have to look through some of my sources at home to figure out how the "415" came about. It definitely needs a new look.
