Identify casino token

Looking for help in identifying my father's token. I am assuming it is a casino token. Without fully understanding the token/coin language, I believe the identifiers are that the coin is black in color, 3 white inserts, plain mold, and gold inlay. There is no writing, text or number, on the coin. Both sides of the coin are the same. There appears to be 3 images within what appears to be a dream catcher. There is a person sitting in a canoe (or boat) and a person standing in a canoe (or boat), and Indian headdress. I assume the person in the boat/canoe is being portrayed as an Indian person based on the detail. Also, there are four feathers hanging as part of the dream catcher. Any help is appreciated.

My father received this token approx 3-4 years ago. He was traveling to Alabama at the time, and unfortunately doesn't remember which state he obtained this token/coin in, as he travels that route every year.

Thank you so much for your help.
It has been incredibly hard to locate a similar image on the internet.
Any info you offer is greatly appreciated.
