It comes in a dark brown lacquered or painted poker chips box, felt lined. There are 98 chips -- roughly 50 white, 25 red and 25 black. The chips are light composition, crosshatched, poker chip-size: 1-9/16" diameter, decent thickness. They are not plastic, no metal insert -- they make a nice thud noise on a table.
