Colorado Belle -- sister to the Edgewater -- still has LE chips available, some in play. Last visit about three months ago, I purchased five LE at the Belle, and won two older chips in a poker hand. Not the case at the Edgewater -- cage told me they don't accept the older chips anymore nor does the Tropicana -- formerly the Ramada Express. At the Riverside, you can find all sorts of older chips and tokens if you are there long enough -- and yes, they still can be cashed. Hope that helps.
