My view... That's messed up.

So lets say they have a guest that does not use markers, he or she does a Credit Card or a Check Cashing Transaction for $100,000 and the guest wants chips, are they really going to say no? That does not make any sense to me whatsoever. So the guest is going to take his wad of hundreds and make a table stand still for 20 minutes while they count out hundreds and drop them. Any good operator would be appalled if this is a new law, especially in Nevada.

Yes we have people in my region that have check cashing limits higher than that (we don't have markers in Iowa). We are glad to accommodate these guests at the cage, because we don't want a table to stand still, it's better customer service to sell these players chips at the cage. Also it reduces some Title 31 reporting on the cash in side at the tables. All we would have to do is log the check on the MIL.

Just my 2 cents.
