You make a lot of good points. I believe that we had 2, maybe 3 Members ask for additional dates supported by their Membership numbers. At the time, we were not set with the Open Enrollment period, and I take the blame for that, as this was all new to me and I struggled from-time-to-time with the mechanics of this project and the records keeping!
In any event, should I be asked to do this again (which I am agreeable to) I too would suggest that several dead lines be established, as follows...
1. A deadline to renew previous dates.
2. A deadline to have dates available based on having a Membership number, followed by an Open Enrollment period to Members that desire multiple entrys.
While the Calendar has had plenty of promotion, I do agree that a complete schedule of planned deadlines and requirements (submit scans, request banner ads, etc.) can certainly be posted more often next time around.
Lastly, while I hope this is my only apology on this topic, I do express my regret that I overlooked Andy Hughes' request for a Banner Ad. And truth beknown, I even made a mistake with my own wife's name when used for our Anniversary date. (Man! Am I in the doghouse for that!)
