I finished your book today ( for the second time, actually) and have been having a kick reading about the "adventures" and "adventurers" in and around Toledo!

One can draw a few conclusions as you piece that time in history together. First and foremost, if you were a gambler, you often took your life in your hands, considering some of the club ownerships. Secondly, the game of "cat and mouse" was hilarious as various clubs, under the same partnerships, would open and close just ahead of the law! A bit of corruption,. perhaps!

All-in-all a very good read and obviously you put a lot of time into your research and compilations!
