The Monte Carlo no inserts I have but mine is drilled , I beleive Larry Hollibaugh owns and example that is not drilled.
The Monte Carlo with inserts I have both cancelled and cancel removed , not sure if there are any originals out there.
I have not seen a Sahara Tahoe with Lavender inserts , likely does not exist
Primadonna purple H&C exists you own one
Sundance CIC , I have the concentric circle chip as well , not sure if the smooth exists have not seen one.

It's a wish list so I figure no harm in throwing everything out there and see if a few chips fall out of the tree
