How do you tell the difference between the 2 rockin rods sets? any value?

Barris Kustoms. I have 2 different covers. was there 2 different sets? Chips look the same... Just CD incerts are different...

1st and 3rd pic from same set 2nd and 4th are from other set.

also with that set how much more is the signed worth?
