My suggestion is to create a gmail account and use google to manage your contacts. You would simply enter all the information into google in the contacts section and store any type of info you want. Then set up the gmail account on the phone and it will sync all the contacts to the phone. You can manage your mail, contacts, and calendar through the google service. You can do the same via hotmail if you want as well.
