That is my problem - when I hit the contacts icon the only thing that appears are the telephone numbers themselves - no other choice other than to edit or delete. I got the service from Straight Talk directly since they offer more phones than the Wal Mart store. Maybe a trip to Wally World tomorrow to ask a few questions would be a good idea.
