1 - questionable, but I'd say no because they have more ready & you did "pay" for it
2 - yes, I know they have more but if you're removing it from a live tournament it could impact the game + you didn't exactly pay for it
3 - yes (same with glasses), I asked once & the bartender gave me a clean one
