Bill, I sort of think you are correct. Slabbed yes. But, as I also understand most slabbing also comes with a grade of some sort. These are just in the plastic case and it is still up to you to grade them. I put them as SU condition. You can see a bit if dust/dirt on the center chip around the mold.
