Actually the Longhorns will play in a bowl game, just like they do nearly EVERY year.

By the way, last time I checked the Cotton Bowl is NOT a BCS bowl. Thats what happens when you finish 5th place within your conference. The Horns wont play in a BCS bowl either, but I never claimed they would.
