Some of the Harrah's Club Reno (7259) had popped inlays when I received the lot and one was actually off the chip. A dab of what I assume was urea glue was present on the inside of the inlay and some of the chips that were in excellent condition even showed the same size spot through the inlay. Though most collectors who bought the chips from me received only one each, one California dealer bought the popped inlay examples and that's when some wise-ass dealer suggested I made those chips in my garage while one said I had a company in China that knocked them out...
