The story I heard is a collector asked about the baccarat chips at the cage and the cage manager was nice enough to sell him a stack of $1's and $5's. Then the next collector in line was greedy and pissed off the cage manager when she would not sell him a rack of each and refused to sell any more. The chips have since been destroyed.
