I remember ordering several old Moulin Rouge, Las Vegas chips from a dealer many years ago. Several came with loose inlays in the package. I don't think I've seen this happen on any other SMKEY chips since. I thought they were molded with the inlays in place, but thse definitely had some kind of glue on the reverse of the inlay.
