~~~ first-hand experience (those who have expressed living through the events) and who have explained having actual hands-on examples of what the finished product looks like or have had explained to them via those who were directly involved with such person(s) actually performing the act on the game(s) rather than so openly shoot anyone down as if they have no idea what they're talking about.
Again, I'll easilly put my money on those who have seen; quoted those who have seen -- and those who have the actual re-affixed inlay chips in hand.
As to why many other examples of the altered chips are not out there -- I can easilly understand any house removing and destroying them when found (as defaced banknotes are removed from circulation) -- and as for any monetary gain by anyone who has practiced the switching of inlays as reported within this thread; that explanation fits well with me considering all the facts mentioned which by far add up to what has been discussed here and outweigh any other motive in dong so... But that's just me believing those facts I've read here -- and anyone is free to shoot down whomever they wish without having any backup, themself, whatsoever, against the facts and ideas and reasoning and first-hand knowledge expressed in this thread and other mentioned threads (less any manufacture coming forward to admit they are aware of the Borgata series having suffered a lack of quality control in obseving a production error). This is all I have to go by, Archie, without seeing the results of said chip(s) and reading what I have read and by whom... and, sure, anyone who feels the chip in question was altered could be dead wrong, but someone who can fully explain the chip(s) not being altered would have to convince others as you have expressed those with the knowledge that they can be alterd should do...
