Approximately 4 months ago I made an offer on ebay to Atlantic coins for a chip and he declined my offer which is OKKK, that is there rights, but nowww the same item is still on ebay and Atlantic coin won`t allow me to buy the chip. Whats up with that. I never said anything wrong to them, just made an offer. Ron
