I have a Kodak combined printer/scanner & a Windows 7 computer. It has been working fine until a week ago when I received an upgrade to the Kodak. When I next tried to scan (a chip) using my computer software, I got a 100-2106 Error message. My University tech person has been unable to resolve he problem. Although I can scan using the Kodak software it is cumbersome--indeed almost impossible to use. Going through the steps to resolve the problem I get a message that read "incompatible application." Anyone know how to fix it? At some point I got a message that said I needed a "patch" - but I have no idea what that means or how to get it.
