The news just trys to scare everyone with what ever is going on. they call for snow here and the news has it as the end of the world. They will have a poor news guy on the streets waiting for that first flake to fall and if they see a branch on the street... better run for cover! same for storms. They will show that one tree in MD that fell and will show it for days... lol I always thought the food stores paid them to do it.
