I've always had a good meal at LVH (formerly the Hilton). I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet at The Rio. Ellis Island is always a great meal. The Fiesta is North Las Vegas was OK, but that was in 1999, so who knows if it still even exists! The Suncoast is OK.

I've tried Main Street Station twice, and both times, it was heinous!! Worse than my cooking!! ;) Circus Circus should include an airsick bag when you get your tray!!

I think when I come to Vegas, the meal I look forward to the most is a pizza from California Pizza Kitchen. Don't have them up here, so going there and getting a barbecued chicken pizza is like making sure you go to Ivar's whenever you're in Seattle!
