Between the left and center tokens, the one on the left is closer to the "Primadonna". Between the right and center tokens, the foot in the center points to the letter "O" and on the right, it points to the "N", in "Primadonna".
While Ron did point out that this is a 1976 issued token, it is specifically a Bi-Centennial issue, hence the comment that these would probably have only been in use for a few months. However, America's Bi-Centennial Celebration was a year-long event, which may explain the re-strikes.
For the viewers, these tokens are 34mm in size, larger than a half dollar and smaller than a dollar coin (or $1 slot machine token).
Lastly, I will also note that these are listed in the Premium Nevada Token Collectors Guide and there is a notation that "die varieties exist".
