From a post over on ChipTalk.net, one of the members there bought these chips at a garage sale in New Orleans.

If you see anything that can be ID'd, please post here as the ChipTalker (StephenB) is not at all familiar with illegals, nor unidentifed chips (as we call them, UFCs). I do not know if he is interested in selling any of these, and as I've not met him, I cannot make any representation good or bad, but his demeanor on ChipTalk seems solid.
