When I went to Vegas on my honeymoon back in '74 all you had to do was walk up to a change booth and ask for cards. You would be given 4 or 8 decks. I believe I went home with almost 200 decks of cards. I recall getting cards from the Dunes, Sands, Stardust, Riviera and Caesars (maybe others).
