I stayed at the Hyatt Regency just a little over a year ago.

The "brass" $2.50 chips were not used on the tables when I was there. This was the $2.50 chip that was in play:

Everyone in the casino was very nice. When I told them I collected chips, they said they had some of the $2.50 brass chips left in the cage. I was told they did not have enough to fill the racks, so the "newer" ones took their place.
