At Harrah's, Reno poker room, they play with a kill button. When you win a pot, the dealer gives you the kill button with the pot. If you win a consecutive pot, the Kill Button goes into effect and changes the blinds to a higher level. The blinds are determined by the player but with certain limits allowed. A third consecutive win by the same player allows a higher blind structure. Anyway, that's how it was many years ago. The bottom line is the round black and white KILL button adds to a larger money pot especially in limit poker gaming. I don't know about no limit play.
Does anyone else have a more definitive answer?
