Bandar Abbas is the new Iranian name for Gamerom (Notice it is spelled differently on the chip: Gameroom). It was changed in the 1980s by public outcry. Bandar Abbas is a large Iranian seaport city located across the gulf from Dubi. The reverse side of the chip is in farsi not Arabic. It could be that the chip has an error "Gameroom" Sporting Club. According to my brother-in-law who worked for the Shah Of Iran, there was limited gaming in several Iranian cities. He lived in Tehran where he did advanced computer software development. He barely got out of the country when the Shah was overthrown -- hastily getting a flight out and abandoning all his property. Hope this helps.
