Baccarat chips -- yes, especially, oversize chips.
Pan -- obsolete now, at least for Nevada. It's conceivable that a Pan game exists in a California club somewhere, though I don't know of any.
Sic Bo -- obsolete. One of the last ones was at Flamingo-Laughlin.
Ricochet -- this game never made it past the trial stage, or was very short-lived. Gone now.
Faro -- obsolete, not coming back.
Bingo -- never used chips that I'm aware of, though some chips marked as redeemable for Bingo. There was a short-lived game in Reno -- called "Fast Bingo" I think -- that used low-denom chips.
Keno -- never used chips for the actual game, that I'm aware of, though some chips marked as redeemable for Keno.
Other specialty game chips to add to your list:
Sports Book chips -- generally high-denom. chips for payoffs without using cash (e.g. $1000 and $5000 Sports Book chips).
Red Dog -- obsolete now, I think. There's a $11 Red Dog chip from Fitzgerald's-Reno.
Scossa -- trial game chips used at Red Rock Resort in northern suburb of Las Vegas. Obsolete now.
Let It Ride -- tournament chips used at a few places. Obsolete now. (The Let It Ride cash game just uses regular chips.)
