I don't think I ever saw an actual "vault" inside a casino cage.

It looks to me like he got into a fill bank area. Not sure why or how it could have been unattened or why it wasn't locked.

Surveilance would have seen him go in. All they could do is call security. I'm guessing he got in and out with a pocket full, very fast. That gives him a couple minutes.

I don't understand why people steal large denoms $1,000 and up and in some casinos even $500's. There is no way to cash them.
