What is on the other side?

I have some with the ink pad stamp on them.
The ink pad stamp was found at a CA flea market in the late 1990's by a CA chip collector. It is more than likely a real ink stamp like you use on a envelope as a return address.

The chips with the stamp on them started showing up a little later.
