I found all fo this stuff at yards sales today. I had to go out to meet a guy I was donating my old laptop to anyway so I figured i would hit the sales first. The top three items are all gold with a weight of over 4 grams. At $30 a gram that is not bad. The third item has an Emerald and real diamonds. The rest of the stuff is sterling. The lady told me that all of the good stuff (with the diamonds!) was already gone to the jeweler and they came from her mothers estate. The coins I got when I asked if they had any coins or jewelry. The lady pulled out a small purse from her mothers estate with these and a handfull of wheat pennies in it. As I was trying to decide if I wanted to offer $10 or $15 she asked if $3 was too much. I guess not. Total out of pocket today? $23

I was wearing my "I buy casino chips" tee shirt and a lady told me her husband collected them. He has about 300 in the collection and is interested in trading so we are hoping to get together this week. He may also be interested in joining the club. The fun is in the hunt!
