I have about 15 empty HP 96(black) and 97(tricolor) printer cartridges I would send to anyone for postage. These have never been refilled. I used to do this on another HP printer and it worked OK, but was messy and took time so I don't bother any more. Lots of places sell the refill kits with syringes and bottles of ink.
