Your treatment of these chips has been discussed several times on this bb in the past couple of months.

You came here today and offered them for $100. If I was one of the people who had paid you way over that recently I would be after you for a refund. Any of the people you sold to are entitled to file a claim as you clearly broke the club code of ethics (regardless of whether your membership is still current now).

Your personal circumstances are not an excuse to be unethical on this BB.
