Menu was glued to a scrapbook the good news was history was saved & the price was right,according to the excellent book NOIR AFLOAT by Ernest Marquez in 1936 the Monte Carlo was moved down San Diego way to avoid heat and the last trip was Nov. 1st 1936 they had a gala bash then closed for the winter.two caretakers were left on board to watch the boat,until a big storm hit Dec. 31st broke the anchor chains and washed the big boat ashore on the Coronado Strand,so this was from the last party on the Monte Carlo and for $8.00 I'm very happy to have it in my collection
