I wish I knew... I tried asking for 20-years and was always refused (except for cancelled dice).

I once got a call from a woman who was a friend of Mrs Ewing who found a 'chips wanted' ad of mine in one of those shopping center tabloids. She explanied that though she didn't have any chips, she did have dice if I was interested.... This is a makeshift display I made up after receiving them.

I never knew casinos gave out dice -- as I always thought they could be reintroduced on the game (if uncancelled).
