What confued some in believing Day's 3a (other 5f example w/ metal overlay seen in thread) might have been bone/ivory is due to his article description stating "...lightly grained bone or possibly ivory" and then the ivory bit was suggested by some w/ beige examples of Monaco jetons (and some other UFC beige jetons).
