Everyone in Oregon votes by mail, and in the 12 years I've lived here, I have to admit that I love the system. I can read up on the candidates, ballot issues (we have a ton of 'em) and vote when/how I want. So dang easy. Either mail it, or drop it off at City Hall (a nice walk from the house). Why doesn't everyone do this?
