~~~ cast their ballot way before the mail-in process even meets its deadline; meaning one will be way ahead of the game in eliminating both postage and the possibility of the mail-in ballot being lost in the mail -- it's right there where you deposit it.

Also, if a mistake is made on the ballot, you can simply walk up to the counter and ask for another ballot and not have to fret about any time limit if you request another via mail.

IMO, more than 40% of voters will/have voted way before those who wait for early-voting days or even election day on Nov. 6th.
