Victor Drai has a nightclub on the lower level of Bill's. The nightclub and pool on the roof are to be run by Drai's. It was hinted that the property may sport the Drai's name. The name of the subsidiary came from an article in the LV Sun where S&P assigned a B- rating making it a speculative bond. The article also hinted that Caesars could be near bankruptcy. I guest with 19.5 billion in debt; that bankruptcy could be looming. The interesting thing about Caesars Entertainment is that the individual properties are generally profitable and fairly well run, but the corporate structure is not sound.
