In the Vic, no bet on table, no cards.

Another interesting thing I note though.
In the Vic, no players, croupier will continue to spin the ball on a roulette table.
In the Barracuda, croupier will make sure wheel does not come to a standstill but will not touch the ball.

I guess each follows its own rules.
